About Mike
I've been diving since 1985, and took my first underwater shots 2 years later. Over the years I've become increasingly serious about my photography and won my first contest in 1996. I now contribute photo-journalistic articles to all the major UK diving magazines and am a member of the British Society of Underwater Photographers

Scotland has fantastic diving; the Clyde, the Moray firth, North Berwick and of course St. Abbs and Eyemouth, and this is my main inspiration. Much as I love diving in my own country, the seals and shipwrecks of the Farne Islands in England and trips to North Cyprus with its turtles, and Malta with its awesome wrecks and scenic caves have provided me with some excellent memories, and wonderful photographs. http://www.bsoup.org/index.phpshapeimage_1_link_0
