DiveBlog - Mike Dives in Javea, Spain

Landing in Spain it was great to see the sun again.  Temperatures hovering around 37 Deg C were very welcome.  It was also a treat to have my Mum and Dad over there for a few days as well. After a week of chillin it was time to see about some diving.

3 years ago a couple of my palls Rab and Ali moved over here from Scotland to set up a dive centre. I was very happy to see them doing so well. I was taken out in their boat the Westy for a days diving and took in 2 great sites. The 2nd dive at Cap Negre was my favourite where I saw Octopus, Large Scorpion fish, Grouper, Grateful Doris nudibranches and at the very end a fantastically camouflaged PipeFish mimicking the sea grass.  It was a fantastic day out and thanks to Rab and Ali for taking me out.

The Dive centre is Amigos Del Mar Javea.
