Much as I love diving in my own country, the seals and shipwrecks of the Farne Islands in England make for a fantastic diving experience, as do the shipwrecks of Malta and the spectacular coral reefs of the Maldives and the Red Sea. They have provided me with some excellent memories and wonderful photographs.
I'm always working on new projects so keep an eye on the magazines. I write for Dive, Sport Diver and Scottish Diver. I recently made my broadcasting debut on BBC Radio, and it is definitely something I hope to do more of in the future.

About Mike
I've been diving since 1985, and took my first underwater shots 2 years later. Over the years I've become increasingly serious about my photography and won my first contest in 1993. I now contribute photo-journalistic articles to all the major UK diving magazines and am a member of the British Society of Underwater Photographers
Scotland has fantastic diving; the Sound of Mull, Moray Firth, the Clyde and the Firth of Forth are all top dive destinations. Near to my home, St. Abbs and Eyemouth provide my favourite dive sites where I capture underwater photos of the stunning marine life and shipwrecks that the area boasts.
